3 ways to improve your day, while waiting for a latte.

You are going have a great day!

You are off to begin your next project, land a new client, or just enjoy the weather. But when we have our busiest days, it's easy to let the 'should do' tasks get pushed to the side. It's even happening to me right now, since I forgot to bring my gym clothing for when I workout between meetings!

But that doesn't mean we are left with no options when it comes to our health and happiness.

Here are 3 life improve tricks you can do, all in the time span of waiting for a latte to be made.


#1 Fix your posture:

1. Tighten your core.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Pull your shoulder blades back.

4. Slightly Tuck pull your head back.

Try to hold this position while you wait for your coffee. And Don’t forget to Breathe!


#2 Relax!

1. Relax your jaw muscles.

2. Allow your shoulders to relax away from your ears.

3. Take 3 deep breaths allowing the air travel into your lungs and diaphragm.


#3 Reflect

1. Think of 3 things you are looking forward to.

2. Think of 3 things that are going well.

3. Think of 3 things you are grateful for.
